Financial reporting. Analyze, design, test, implement, & maintain applications in Hyperion Enterprise 5.5. Interface with users to answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies or hindrances in accessing data, and serve as a BIS Help Desk for the users’ environment. Investigate, research, and resolve Hyperion/BIS System (server) interruptions, problem areas, etc., and serve as a liaison between users and technical staff (FIS, MIS, and PC Services). Create new users in Hyperion as well as Citrix. Automate daily/weekly/monthly jobs by writing macros using WinBatch and Excel. Create basic reports using Business Objects OLAP Intelligence. Create and track trouble tickets using InfoMan. Create WebEx recordings for training purposes.
