Manage LabCorp Billing Systems projects through the project life cycle and ensure successful implementation into the Production environment. Participate in various needs-assessment sessions with key business operations areas and applications development staff to identify, analyze, define and document business/functional rules. Act as a resource providing guidance and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving various system issues. Successfully create, execute, document and maintain QA test plans for each assigned system project. Assist with preparation of user documentation and training as necessary for system enhancements. Maintain and provide regular status updates to management and related parties on all active projects. Set up and maintain HIPAA 837 electronic claims submissions. Schedule meetings as necessary. Assist in training new employees in performing daily procedures.
