Managed client delivery and administrative teams to effectively deliver services and solutions and identify opportunities to expand business. • 2007 NIH Director’s Award winner for IT Security leadership • Developed and maintained client relationships at the C-suite and executive levels in multiple Federal Healthcare organizations • Cost-effectively managed annual budgets up to $10M • Effectively managed client delivery teams of up to 21 team members • Expanded area of responsibility from one work stream to five within six months • Developed the foundation for HHS’ department-wide technical security operations capability • Successfully integrated Information Assurance controls into the SDLC of several Law Enforcement system deployments
