Daily Duties at Schering Plough Del Caribe:
Promotion and marketing of leading pharmaceutical products to pediatricians, pulmonologists, ENT’s, allergists, internal medicine, and primary care physicians for the Allergy/Asthma Franchise in Puerto Rico. Perform one-on-one meeting with physicians to present products and treatment. Preparation of a variety of status reports including activities, follow-ups, action plans and schedules, and adherence to goals. Conduct educational and/or promotional meetings and activities. District and territory outstanding sales ranking in all products promoted. Recognition awards for excellent performance. As a team leader I’m in charge of the development of territory cluster meetings to discuss strategies, product knowledge, and competence reviews for POA team building activities. As a Strategic Coach and Product Manager Assistance I am responsible for the development of activities for specific product(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. POA meetings assistance in market evaluation and planning, tactics, strategies, and promotional messages for cycles.
