Emphasize benefits and features of the Air Force and service to general public and potential candidates. • Increased recruitment almost 200% in four years • Met or exceeded monthly goals by 120-150% - quarterly goals by 150% Project Management: Coordinated Air Force presence for annual California International Air Show. Coordinated project teams for local public affairs visits, military support and transportation for Air Force Thunderbirds Demonstration team members. Partnered with local military installations and organizations to provide personnel support for all functions and event volunteer program.
