Verified model, options and pricing to issue purchase orders. * Received and reviewed purchase orders against invoice and assigned unit numbers to the rental fleet with over 3000 pieces of equipment. * Negotiated with manufacturers to expedite orders when needed and managed on time shipping. * Interacted with branch managers and sales staff on retail deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to end users. * Created sales documents for new and used equipment sales to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Coordinated assembly of multiple units for year-end trade-in packages.
