Oversaw quarterly inventory counts in rental stores; biannual inventory counts for service vans and annual parts returns to vendors. * Reduced district no-move inventory by 23% through stock level adjustments and annual returns to manufacturers. * Lowered on hand inventory by $750K using stock level adjustments and transferring surplus inventory where needed. * Reduced freight costs by $15K annually through maintaining stock levels and utilizing manufacturer’s incentives on over-sized parts. * Secured emergency part needs to keep rentals units running efficiently and avoid revenue loss. * Resolved multitudes of back order issues as well as billing discrepancies including oversized parts logistics. * Interacted with other district parts managers to move slow parts and assist in locating parts for out of production units.
