Daily Duties at Dorado Soapstone:

Recruited to create an inventory system and handle all inside sales traffic for a start-up company specializing in importing Soapstone slabs and tiles. The collective team was able to increase sales by 66% within the first quarter. Using operations background, set up the operational system for the entire organization in less than two months. This included setting up the systems and processes to support inventory management, account payable and receivables. Set up entire operation using off-the-shelf software including Peachtree, Excel and Word. Established the Supply Chain between our international supplier to the distributors throughout the United States. Increased the supply capability by 400% within four months while decreasing the lead time.
