Daily Duties at Ford Motor Co.:

Pick up schedule from molding office, make sure all IMM's are online making quality product, If not adjust process to meet or exceed the guide lines. Change all color,s or base material per schedule. Change all molds,hookup and run production. Assist other Techs in thier area if needed. Train new techs. Monitor all IMM's during shift to make sure quality and processes are online if not fix. Communicate with next shift so they have heads up on any problem areas, And fix them in a timly manor. Make sure all work areas have the proper tools to preform quality job, if not fix or replace them. Monitor material feeding systems to ensure proper base and color are being sent to IMM's, That dryers are working, silos are full and vacume blowers are working and clean. Make sure all press side filling has suficent material for shift if not order as needed. Assist other departmental area's as needed. Assist maint. in troble shooting as needed.Program unloaders, install EOAT and adjust to pick parts out of mold and take to drop off point. Program IMM's to run mold's. Respond to any emergency that may arise and fix in a timly manor.
