Ø Managed and coordinated the implementation and processing of a contract management system for a division of a $32 billion international chemical and health care company which involved identified financial risks such as Embedded Derivatives, Implicit and Hidden Leases, Guarantees, Variable Interest Entities and others risks and prepared a Guideline for Preparing a Contract Review Summary for future evaluations. Ø Member of the team that investigated and restated the Financial Statements of one of the largest bankruptcies in the United States history, Adelphia Communications. Ø Assisted in the investigation of alleged fraud for a $100 MM promotional advertising company. Ø As acting interim controller to a $300 MM transportation logistics company, directed the monthly/year-end closing, schedule preparation for outside auditors and a conversion from Great Plains Dynamics software to Oracle financial software plus performed other controller responsibilities. Ø Coordinated with Senior Management in the closing down and transfer of accounting operations from Pittsburgh PA to Montreal Canada for a $200+MM top-tiered IT consulting company. Ø Assisted the Midwest Regional Project Manager for a $13 billion National Waste Disposal Company (PA, WV, and OH) in the consolidation and conversion of ADP systems to PeopleSoft HRMS General Ledger systems.
