Ø Initiated the design and acquisition of software that captured two years of IRS and Social Security data for 3000 employees lost prior to my employment, eliminating the risk of $185,000 in fines and penalties. Ø Served as the key negotiator the financing of all construction and fixes assets. Structured the terms and schedules of the deals with financial institutions. Ø Utilized polling software to link data transmission between stores and corporate headquarters. Ø Introduced an enterprise-based operations management system that integrated and tracked sales, inventory, payroll, purchasing and labor cost data.
