Provided internal customer service by relating with all personnel in a congenital and professional manner that facilitated the development of a diversified group. Enhanced soldiers' individual and professional growth developing them into independent decision makers. Executed additional task and responsibilities in the absence of supervisors. Professionally supervsed and trained betwee 10 to 20 personnel.
