Daily Duties at Posner Advertising :
• Responsible for supervising the Account, Creative and Interactive teams in the development of strategic positioning and creative briefs. Managed the production of all advertising and promotional materials including websites, search and social media programs, online, print and television and direct mail efforts. Directed the tracking and analysis of results and subsequent changes. Led pitch and development team for the successful website launch of the Real Estate Board of New York's search portal, established the brand identity, developed the website and created a fully integrated campaign of print, online and out-of-home advertising for ResidentialNYC.com. • Managed creation online portal for luxury rentals, the RoseNYC.com website which reduced cost-per-lease of client's 20,000 rental units. Online media and search engine marketing attracted over 10 million visitors in its first two years.
