Daily Duties at Syntellect, Inc.:
Specific responsibilities included but are not limited to: Driving the problem solving process for complex issues, including leading customer calls regarding product functionality to fully diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Diagnose product issues and manage specific customer issues through delivery of a product patch or applicable resolution. Test and deploy application fixes in enterprise environments. Serve as escalation path and liaison between the Support organization and other departments. Lead conference calls with customers and coordinated all internal and external resources required. Prioritized, tracked and managed multiple customer issues concurrently.
