Daily Duties at Marmara University Hospital:

• Responsible for the monitoring of clinical trials designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new therapeutic agents and the scientific review and analysis of clinical data and the preparation of scientific documents. • Responsible for activities related to regulatory and data management. Evaluated study protocol and investigator’s manual. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Administration of Health (FDA equivalent), IRB, and sponsor regulations and standard operating procedure requirements. • Monitored sites for institutional clinical investigators and performing data clarifications at investigator sites, and participating in site initiation, interim, and closeout visits. • Provided weekly information for submission of screening logs to sponsor and assist with pre-study screening reports as indicated. Ensured study file was complete and ready for audit. • Participated in internal/external meetings with sponsor/CRO as required. • Coordinated the daily clinical activities of patients enrolled on clinical trials. Duties included screening potential study patient records, enrolling patients on protocol and ensuring all protocol specific test/procedures were scheduled and completed. Designed informed consent forms and CRFs. Reported Serious Adverse Effects (SAEs). • Conducted source data verification. • Member of clinical monitoring team for stem cell study.
