Global Sr. Staffing Consultant (Since November 2006 to Present) • Worked as an Internal Corporate IT Lead Recruiter focused on Talent Management, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Survey, and Assessment division positions of the Human Capital Management Industry such as Software Engineers, Industrial Organizational Psychologists, Recruiters, Systems Engineers, Hosting Engineers, and Administrative and Financial Supports. Used ATS software: KRE, KRB and KR2X. • Published an article on company’s monthly magazine about global outsourcing for EPO providers. • Assisted RPO Implementation team on how to strategize/initiate Six Sigma to the company and how to start the quality awareness within the company. • Participated business implementation planning activities, created tools to manage projects more efficiently by reducing cost in a certain timeline. • Worked as a key member of a Six Sigma Project “PD Time Allocation”; handled statistic calculations of the methodologies that were used for the continues quality improvement project. • Certified as “Behavioral Insight Analyst” for Staffing, Managerial, Engineer and Sales capacity. Sr. Global Onsite Staffing Consultant London, UK (3 months of assignment September – December 2007) • Implemented the recruiting process and procedures for European staffing focused HR operations. • Managed the internal client expectations. Used ATS software: KRE • Identified continuous improvement opportunities resulting in cost savings and greater efficiency. • Completed and presented financial modeling and analysis to assist in project justification and make/buy decisions for staffing related resources. • Conducted staff presentations and communicated with all levels of management. • Managed day to day European recruiting needs of the company. • Worked closely with I/O Psychologists to design the behavioral and 360 Leadership assessments for European culture. • Proposed Lean Sigma projects to increase the speed and the velocity of the service along with traditional Six Sigma projects. Staffing Consultant (Promoted on August 2005) • Managed day-to-day recruiting related operational business activities of different client projects such as ATK (Advanced weapon and a space system company); Parexel (Clinical Research Organization); Unum Provident Disability Insurance Corporation; Scottsdale Healthcare; DaVita Dialysis, Service Master. • Worked in an integrated team to provide the clients clinical tools necessary to manage patient care and achieve cost savings, optimization solutions in performance management. • Recruited health care professionals for different EPO projects. Used ATS software: KRE, BRASSRING, KR, and KRB. • Participated in the development of business cases supporting enterprise technology investments, developing new business models, and major process redesign initiatives, associated with major performance improvement engagements for healthcare delivery systems Lead Generator (June - August 2005) • Supported the EPO team on operations. Used ATS software: KRE, BRASSRING, KR, KRB, Webhire. • Screened resumes for different client positions; conducted interviews on the phone, interviewed with nurses and led them to hire; eliminated ineligible health care providers on the database • Clients include Gambro Dialysis, St. Joseph’s Health Services of Rhode Island, and Scottsdale Healthcare, AZ.
