Daily Duties at Creative C Omputer Applications:
I wrote standard operating procedures to comply with new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and 21 CFR Parts 11, 808, 812, and 820. In addition, wrote installation guides, on-line user manuals, QA test plans and training guides for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Duties included developing new document templates, establishing a document configuration management system, and developing help desk procedures. Also served as Deputy SQA Project Manager responsible for documenting and testing the software applications, identifying software bugs, and working with software engineers to fix and retest software.
