Mercury Insurance Work Values

Daily Duties at Mercury Insurance:

I worked in Software Engineering and I wrote hardware and software architecture documents for the Mercury Insurance agent portal project. I developed presentations for all levels of management using MS Word, Visio, Excel, SnagIt, PowerPoint, and PhotoShop. I worked with hardware and software engineers to determine the specific architecture and to develop a new SDLC Processes. In addition, I developed new templates and document standards, and established document configuration management standards.
