I worked in Advertising/Marketing and Software Engineering. I Wrote infrastructure and architecture documents, as well as user guides, standard operating procedures, HR procedures, development documents, and specifications using MS Word, Visio, SnagIt, and Excel. I was responsible for hiring and training one other technical writer, I established new templates, new document standards, and recommended and put into place a document configuration management system.
