Managing Director – Executive Search Division As Managing Director of the Executive Search (ES) Division, currently responsible for the strategic vision and operational management of the second largest business segment of the company. Personally manage a team of seven retained Executive Search consultants and two Research Division consultants. Responsible for a 2M P&L and delivered quarterly / yearly reports to senior executive team as well as the Board of Directors. Retained Executive Search Practice broken down into four primary verticals serving Venture Capital and Emerging Growth companies as well as Fortune 1000. Vertical focus within Technology, Accounting & Finance, Pharmaceutical and Sales&Marketing disciplines. Key Achievements:  Within 24 months created a Retained Executive Search Practice within TWC Group that surpassed total revenue and gross profit goals.  Captured superior levels of client satisfaction, retention and referrals by ensuring continuous provision of highest quality services.  Retained engagements ranged from “C” level positions to Director level.  Created Research Division to support multiple business units within TWC Group.(Executive Search Division, Outsourced Recruiting Division and Human Resource Outsourcing Division). Cost effective research techniques applying both internet mining techniques, passive candidate identification and internal referral programs.  Created and implemented division wide client engagement reporting process that yielded the best average “Time to Fill ratio” in company history. (62 day average)  Negotiated long term vendor relations supporting both Search Division and RPO Division.
