Daily Duties at Kenexa:

Served as Director of Talent Acquisition of privately-held international global leader in human resources solutions, focusing on technology, sales & marketing and financial services markets. Recognized in Forbes Magazine Fall 2003 Best of the Web edition and featured on Inc. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest-growing companies in America for four consecutive years. Primary responsibilities include Division Operations, and Internal & External Recruiting. Manage sales and cross-level delivery on sales, division P&L analysis. Supervise staff of up to 12 in operations and executive search/ recruiting functions. Monitor profitability, project management, delivery quota, and customer service concerns through development of tracking reports for individual staffing engagements and by reviewing metrics with senior level client contacts. Key Achievements:  Partnered with multiple client relationships to create diversity hiring initiatives(web based research and college recruiting programs)  Created post-sale transition process for multiple large-volume staffing engagements, integrating and educating clients with multi-product line including: behavioral interviewing techniques, HRIS install(Kenexa Applicant Tracking System) and facilitating high-volume candidate administration.  Partner with Marketing Division in developing e-recruiting campaign, resulting in consistent pipeline of sales leads.  Perform P&L analysis with managing partnership, directly reporting to Board of Directors.  Successfully handle vendor negotiations (list agencies, Internet job boards) and establish both short and long-term contractual relationships.  Applied recruiting experience: Contingent / Retained executive search, large volume project staffing supporting primarily the pharmaceutical, technology and accounting industries.  Captured 12% contingent executive search revenue increase through key role in creating on-site tool for clients to review candidates with built-in automated point of contacts, candidate links, and dedicated 800 number to set-up candidate interview.
