Supported both Sales and Operations for Kelly Services Philadelphia branch. Managed one of the largest – measured in staff and revenue – metro market regional branches within the corporation. Reviewed office P&L statements with regional Vice President. Key Achievements: Generated average revenue increase of 19% in 14 months within three divisions. Created and implemented cost-effective recruiting strategies for Scientific, Professional, and Sales & Marketing industries consisting of niche-specific passive networking, Internet research and both internal and external referral program. Effectively managed four on-site partnerships (SmithKline, UPS, EDS, and First Union). Successfully managed Fortune 500 account base, simultaneously directing retail sales staff. Reviewed employee performance plans on quarterly basis. Spearheaded retention and employee satisfaction initiative by developing employee survey. Based on results, internal employee succession plan was developed, reducing turnover rates from 12% to 8% over a two-year period.
