Supported both Sales and Operations for Kelly Services Philadelphia branch. Managed one of the largest – measured in staff and revenue – metro market regional branches within the corporation. Reviewed office P&L statements with regional Vice President. Key Achievements:  Generated average revenue increase of 19% in 14 months within three divisions.  Created and implemented cost-effective recruiting strategies for Scientific, Professional, and Sales & Marketing industries consisting of niche-specific passive networking, Internet research and both internal and external referral program.  Effectively managed four on-site partnerships (SmithKline, UPS, EDS, and First Union).  Successfully managed Fortune 500 account base, simultaneously directing retail sales staff. Reviewed employee performance plans on quarterly basis.  Spearheaded retention and employee satisfaction initiative by developing employee survey. Based on results, internal employee succession plan was developed, reducing turnover rates from 12% to 8% over a two-year period.
