Served as Major Account Manager/On-site Project Manager for two regions of temporary human resources company during client project roll-out. Relocated to Philadelphia branch during client roll-out transition. Key Achievements:  Assisted in closing and managed UPS account: third largest client for Q3 1993, encompassing complete outsource of regional Second Day Air Sales Force.  Primary point of contact for the UPS account in two separate geographies for Norrell Services, Inc.(Los Angeles, Ca. / Philadelphia, Pa.)  Recruiting focus encompassed Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Technology disciplines.
