Daily Duties at Mtv Networks:
•Analyzed, coded and tested reports for Ad Sales and Marketing. Supported Scheduling Department (Traffic) by maintaining communications with software vendor for any problems, new requests or enhancements. •Utilized PC’s to access Microsoft Windows utilizing Word, E-mail, and the LAN to pass through to the AS/400 and applications. •Provided on-line capabilities for Traffic Department Managers to review available code for time slots and prevent overbooking of TV time slots. •Created a new Advertiser Tracking System to allow users to enter contracts to be excluded, advertisers to be included, and to run reports through the use of menus. •Developed Commission Tracking Reports for managers to review, adjust, and download information to spreadsheets for MTV Network Senior Vice-President to review.
