Daily Duties at Daymon And Associates:
•Analyzed, coded, tested, maintained and changed existing SIC Code Movement, Sales Analysis and Client Budget Reports for the Food Marketing Group. Reported on Tracking Schedules for Logistics Resource Management. •Integrated Purchase Orders, Invoices and Electronic Confirmation for the EDI Group. •Collaborated with account managers for FMG in reporting cost, quantity and profit margin from supplier invoices and buyer purchase orders. •Worked directly with the CIO in producing Client Budget Reports. •Maintained purchase order documents, reported unconfirmed records, and worked with EDI Data Help Services. •Created a process to download tracking and scheduling information from the AS/400 files to LRM CATOX software on the PCs. Provided support for all IS requests. Performed electronic confirmations, reporting, and data transmissions utilizing Premonos software (EDI). •Created specific files to be automatically downloaded to a PC daily.
