Daily Duties at Eastern Bag & Paper Company:
•Created a custom Bid System, granting user access to details, history, and pricing of bids which improved efficiency and consistency of negotiations on contracts. •Responsible for inventory management and reporting for three warehouse locations in NJ, CT, and MA. Supported the Aplus System by Daly Commerce. •Provided special reporting and order change enhancements to the system that enabled dispatchers to make adjustments to transportation plans, saving time and reducing costs. •Supported the RoadNet software by UPS Logistics Group. Downloaded daily orders and shipping requirements, pick lists and returned data back to the AS400 to update various production files. •Maintained audit reports and month end processing for Accounts Receivable. Reported directly to the CFO. •File transfer upload and download to and from the AS/400 via FTP and via email using RJS software. •Enhanced reporting and functions to the Aplus software created by the Daly Group.
