Daily Duties at Parfums De Coeur:
•Created a Purchase Order System, build new files, Developed a new entry process to allow the user to have more flexibility creating and updating a Purchase Order saving the user time and allowing them to handle more purchase orders. •Created supporting maintenance programs for the Warehouse and Vendor files. Allowing the user to save time by taking ownership of their files and relieving the IT Department of the reasonability. •Converted the Purchase Header, Detail, Revision and Transaction file to new file format •Implemented EZDesigner/400 forms. Eliminating the cost of preprinted forms. •Collaborated with the customer service department in crediting customer accounts using Webmanger and Paypal Manger •Daily review of transmitted orders using the PKMS Pickticket Management option for Pickticket Header Inquiry to confirm orders were received into the system.
