Daily Duties at A. Kabbe & Associates:
Sourced and recruited for several Fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense companies nationwide. I found passive candidates by using advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and extensive internet research. Cold called potential candidates at their desk and after a technical screening, forwarded appropriate candidates to the appropriate Hiring Manager. The recruiting process was documented through our Applicant Tracking System.
