Daily Duties at Global Knowledge:
•Developed business relationships with targeted Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). •Performed analysis of targeted ISVs in order to create business plans and a go to market strategy. •Defined and negotiated contracts and terms for partnerships. •Identified and assigned team roles for projects. Assisted with training of ISVs, coordinated marketing and sales strategies and organized communication processes between the ISVs and our direct sales organization. •Strengthened our partner loyalty through effective service, productive relationships and meeting the needs of the partners.
