Daily Duties at Northwood University:
Supported a system wide upgrade to meet Y2K standards and disaster planning requirements. Provided technical hardware/software support for 200 workstations. Administered email and user accounts in an NT 4.0 network. Applied all security policies to user accounts. * Served as a valued resource on server and network issues. * Trained end users in database and software usage and basic computer maintenance.
