Created and implemented a full-scale enterprise database utilizing SQL 2000, Pivotal 5.0, and Seagate Crystal Reports v8.5 and strategic marketing reports in Seagate Crystal Reports Version 6 through 8.5. Programmed in VB6 and devised several database packages for Customer Relationship Management and inventory tracking with connection via ODBC to SQL, MS Access, and DB2 databases with individualized interfaces. * Designed and deployed company’s LAN and PBX for a new location within specified time and cost constraints. * Responded to and resolved any management or end-user technological issues in a financial environment. * Recognized for lowering company’s cost and increased revenue through effective evaluation of vendors and suppliers to support MIS operations. * Successfully planned and managed a migration from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 server/workstation environment using Active Directory. * Planned, coordinated, and conducted training sessions in basic PC troubleshooting, database and software usage, computer maintenance, and internet searches that educated and empowered end users.
