Daily Duties at Inspiration Technology Services:
Consult with numerous company owners and determine IT products and services to meet demands of business. Set-up and maintain IT infrastructures, card access systems, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, and Firewalls, Routers, and Switches. Install wireless network architectures. Create and implement group and security policies, email archiving systems, and troubleshoot/repair any end user or technical equipment problems. Conduct research and maintain upgrades and patches from multiple software vendors. Program and update Pivotal Database. * Provided technical expertise and advice on multiple IT plans and programs and exceeded client expectations. * Recognized for impressive knowledge and understanding of security structures and emerging technologies.
