Daily Duties at Stiefel Labs:
Managed more than 70 field sales representatives and 7 district managers, expanding and tailoring sales-tracking templates to target specific customers, increase return on investment, and gain field sales buy-in. Served as an advisor to the corporate marketing department, as a member of the Duac Advisory Board, and the U.S. Mimyx Launch Team. Developed sales strategies, packing, competitive landscape analyses, training programs, and incentive programs that were adopted company-wide.
