Created and managed progress of strategic plans, activities and metrics resulting in executive leadership meeting or exceeding their performance targets. Product Development Manager; Mortgage, January 2003 to November 2004 Vice President Provided research and design expertise in creating new products, services and processes. Selected Contributions: Reduced Development Time and Rework- Reduced design and development time by 40% within a highly matrixed and complex environment. Created Award-winning Innovation Process- Created and deployed Companywide innovation process contributing to winning the Product Development and Management Association’s coveted Outstanding Corporate Innovator Award (OCI).
