Daily Duties at At&T Wireless Services:
Documented all technical and functional specifications for scripting, alerting and reporting. Developed technical work process and procedures based on scripts created by the development team. Experience with Siebel 7.5 and other ATTWS systems. Created ad hoc documentation for Scorecard Reports from TOPAZ (Mercury Interactive). Managed projects, integration efforts and/or releases with limited scope. Facilitated meetings, prepared ad hoc analysis and reporting, produced clear and concise documentation. Coordinated validation efforts an issue resolution. Researched, reconciled and document customer issues, and participated in new release validation testing. Identified and troubleshoot applications and systems issues on multiple databases, escalating as necessary.
