Document workflow process and procedures for Microsoft Sales and Siebel best practices. Set up Group, User Accounts and Role based permissions using SQL Server 2005 and 2000. Mapped and converted report data to Reporting Services 2005. Supported FOIT Project Accounting tools. Siebel Data Analyst / Alias Administrator - Diagnosed the root cause data importation issues in the Siebel database automated processes utilizing T-SQL. Migrated data; performed data scrubbing and cleansing. Gained centralized request management; eliminate individual contributor approach. Managed ticket tracking using MSE (Siebel 7.5) for Microsoft service requests and RT for internal service requests. Network Security Analyst - Provided Tier 2 support for all e-mail requests and MSE 2.2 (Siebel 7.5 application). Performed multiple security measures to ensure a safe development environment: managed escalated port shutdowns, responded to virus/worm attacks and active network hacks, monitored the transfer of sensitive material, reviewed anomalous events, performed RIS installations on compromised machines.
