Daily Duties at Emerson Process Management:
Instructor / Curriculum Developer - Expertise leading week long courses and custom-designed client sessions on Process Control and Manufacturing Execution Systems software at multiple locations throughout North America. Developed all training material for the DeltaV v.10 System Administrator course, including the following areas: Active Directory, Organizational Units, User Administration, Cyber-Security, Data Management, SQL Server 2005 Administration and backup and recovery methods. Developed a 70-page training module on the SYNCADE DRE Autoloader Tool. Led five-day training courses on the SYNCADE DCA, TD and SA applications for the Emerson Process Management Engineering office in Cork, Ireland. Associate Engineer - Install, setup, configure and validate SYNCADE Smart Operations Management Suite at customer sites. Diagnosed SQL Server and other application issues. Provide 24/7 product support for DMI Compliance Suite 2005 (SYNCADE). Developed a C# application time tracking tool to track engineering projects tasks and efforts. Developed clear and concise user documentation. Mapped business processes using MS Visio.
