Daily Duties at The Total Look:
Reported to store owner. Managed the tasks of additional store employees. o Handled general store operations and customer satisfaction. Assisted in buying, merchandising and selling products. o Coordinated and executed store events including the grand opening, wine tasting, and city block events. This included creating an invitation and mailing it. Attended each event seeing to customer needs, also setting up the tables, food and shop displays and helping tear down. o Saw direct increase in traffic due to creation of marketing materials including: company brochure, newspaper ads and event flyers. These helped promote the services of the business.
