Daily Duties at Apple One:
Assisted Interior's Department at HMC Architects. - Managed VP of Interior's calendar working with other company Principals in order to schedule. - Ordered department office supplies. - Assisted other department members with a number of projects. - Reorganized materials library to the correct specification codes. Created spreadsheet to keep track of materials and their company information. - Scheduled and planned several department meetings and lunches. - Proofread and edited several documents for the VP of Interiors.

It is essential to be on top of projects as an Administrative Assistant. I ensure that I am completely organized and know the timeline of each project. Outlook is extremely beneficial to keeping me organized. I make sure all projects are accurate, complete and done prior to the due date.
