Daily Duties at Hmc Architects:
Reported to Human Resources Manager and supported the Human Resources department. o Provided technical and administrative support on Human Resources related issues which included: recruitment, employee relations, assisted with investigations, corrective action process, and salary administrations. o Effectively managed multiple aspects of new hire and termination process. Achieved this through setting up interviews, new hire orientations and exit interviews. Coordinated with each office to ensure new hire paperwork was gathered and documented. o Managed, researched, and posted all advertising for firm job openings. o Established productive working relationships, dealt smoothly, effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels. o Assisted the Vice President of Human Resources with HR projects including performance management, workforce planning, and infrastructure design. o Maintained and updated state compliance and other department documents related to the EEOC.
