Daily Duties at Utc Fire & Security:
* Test the firmware programmed in the flash memory of ATmega & Xmega microcontrollers using on-chip debugging tool JTAGICE mkII to perform series of actions according to WiSAN wireless protocol. * Propose design specifications for Wireless Repeater to increase the range between access point and the end point. * Analyze the various properties of the radio signals using EMC test equipment such as spectrum analyzers. * Interfacing Atmel Xmega microcontroller with RF transceiver using serial communication interface such as SPI. * Develop the low level firmware using STK 600 communication protocol to transmit the data at 9.6Kbps. * Interfacing Atmel AVR microcontroller with peripheral devices using GPIO pins.
