Came to the project after super structure was up. - Releasing and scheduling of materials for delivery - Managing contractors to contract and work scopes - Maintaining schedules - Weekly meetings with contractors to keep schedules - Weekly progress reports to the project manager - Managing and quality controlling daily operations in the field - Maintaining OSHA standards through construction
