Daily Duties at Plaza Construction:

Building #1 -Superintendent of a twelve story, 208 unit high end residential building located in North Bergen, NJ. - Instrumental in coordinating the roughing of all trades to ensure a quality finish - Managing and quality controlling trades on a daily basis from sheetrock to finishes - Releasing and scheduling of materials for delivery - Create and manage trades through the punch list process - Dailey reports to the project super and project manager - Maintaining OSHA standards through out construction - Part of the close outs of trades by verifing contract and punch list completed Building #2 - 311 West Broadway - Superintendent of a 68 high end residential unit building - Brought in to create punch list and manage trades through that process. - Completed most common areas and managed trades to contract completion
