Oversaw servicing of 230K HMO, PPO, POS member health plan for Texas and Oklahoma with annualized revenue of 330M. Managed high performing staff of 55 professionals, directing daily activities of 5 sales managers, 1 marketing manager, 1 government accounts manager, 1 product manager and several administrative assistants. Supervised traing and startup operations for new market territories, directed creation of advertising and promotional campaigns, and developed high-impact salses and marketing suppport tools for local and national markets
