• Relayed all vital project-related information between clients and the production team • Delivered initial concepts, style frames, storyboards, design notes, meeting re-caps, and final 2-D/3-D animation to clients • Created production schedules ensuring all milestones were achievable and met by clients and production team • Organized, compressed, and maintained spots on server • Line-produced live-action shoots • Managed all internal projects including sales pitches for new business, website development/maintenance, and re-branding • Developed and managed archiving standards and procedures for all completed projects • Trained and mentored all quarterly interns
