Daily Duties at Telegroup :
•Instructed managers and engineers to solicit User Objectives, External Requirements (Systems level) and Internal Requirements in accordance with ANSI/IEEE 829 and 830 standards. •Created a voice quality test system for the company’s telecom switch system. •Creation and maintenance of intranet site for ANSI/IEEE Standards 829 and 830. •Design of voice systems test processes and equipment (budget of $50000). Bought, installed and utilized off-the-shelve test equipment to conduct remote voice quality and data tests in accordance with telephone industry standards.
