Daily Duties at Medtronic:

•Pioneered methods from avionics experience that fit into a one-of-a-kind medical information department and their web-based services. •Developed “Total Life Cycle” tools and processes for requirements management, automated and manual tests, report writing and performance system testing. Redesigned tests for a data management application that saved over 50% run time and 1 human resource. •Created and maintained validation and verification (V&V) test specifications and their procedures over 10 major software releases on 2 web-based product lines. Supervised 2 to 4 junior engineers and as many as 3 summer interns to do V&V work.
