Daily Duties at City Of Fort Lauderdale:

Customer service and support for parking ticket issues, taking incoming calls, researching broken parking meters, parking signs violated. Analyzing incoming calls and taking appropriate measure to listen, question and probe the issue at hand. Maintaining and exceeding all of the cities quality expectation and policies. Responsible for the overall quality assurance of the city's customers that were directed to me; i.e. researched parking violation signs, handicapped, no parking, fire lane, etc. Logged all calls in client database, data entry and filing.
