Daily Duties at The Answer Group:
Bell South Fast Access DSL account, I had been with the Bellsouth account from December 2001 until Feb 2003. Working in the DSG Call Back Group (DSL Service Group), Working with DSG and the Customers one on one to find a resolution to their issue. I was Previously in the Compaq account As a Technical Service Engineer 2/97-12/2003 and I was an Open Research Technician working one on one with consumers to develop a resolution for their issue. Daily functions included scheduling appointments to work one on one with a consumer, troubleshooting for consumer portable and desktop computers, along with the implementation and enforcement of all of Compaq's and The Answer Group's Policies.
