Daily Duties at Future Medical Systems:
• Managed accounts receivables for U.S. operations, including invoices and payments, and managing collections on corporate accounts. • Performed weekly inventory count of warehoused products. • Supervised contracts for standing purchase orders between FMS and the Department of Defense. • Managed contracts between FMS and shipping agent, including negotiations for transition from FedEx to UPS. • Oversaw customer service for both clients and corporate sales contractors, and managed annual corporate gift project. • Controlled tradeshow logistics, and designed and purchased new trade show booth. • Organized the annual sales meeting, including an evening of entertainment for approximately eighty Orthopaedic Specialists, and planned travel and accommodations for trade conferences for employees, contractors, and clients.
